1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be immediately suspended, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 6sip requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit:

• Clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), showing all details legibly
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation

Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours during WIB business hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit may be restricted from placing bets or making additional deposits until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

6sip accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon. Minimum deposit Rp 50,000, maximum Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): Minimum deposit $10 (approximately Rp 150,000), maximum $10,000 (approximately Rp 150,000,000) per transaction.

All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at prevailing exchange rates at the time of blockchain confirmation. 6sip does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Deposits are processed instantly during WIB business hours (typically under 60 seconds for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). Deposits made outside business hours or via slower methods may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with transaction reference details.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit whenever possible. Requirements include:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 10,000,000 per transaction, Rp 50,000,000 per day, Rp 200,000,000 per month
• KYC verification must be completed before first withdrawal
• Account must have been active for at least 24 hours before first withdrawal

Standard withdrawal processing time: 1-4 hours to Indonesian bank accounts, 30 minutes for USDT cryptocurrency withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed 24/7, though bank transfers may not appear in your account until your bank's next business day if requested outside banking hours.

6sip reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or if we detect unusual account activity that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This policy prevents 6sip from being used as a money transfer service. Accounts that consistently deposit and immediately withdraw without placing bets will be subject to investigation and may be suspended.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent ban:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits (e.g., betting opposite sides of the same event)
• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on roulette)

5. Betting Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are binding once confirmed and appear in your bet history. 6sip does not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical errors (e.g., incorrect odds display).
• Maximum bet limits apply per bet type and may be adjusted based on account history and risk assessment.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Football: All bets are settled on 90 minutes of regular time plus stoppage time unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward standard match bets.
• Asian Handicap: If the match result after applying the handicap equals the spread (e.g., -1 handicap on a 1-0 win), stakes are refunded (push).
• Over/Under Totals: If the total exactly equals the line (e.g., 2.5 goals in a match with 2 or 3 goals), bets are settled as over or under accordingly. Whole number lines (e.g., 2.0 goals) result in a push if total equals the line.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted up until the moment we suspend the market. Any bets placed after a goal is scored but before we update the score are subject to cancellation.

5.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6sip Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 6sip or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

6sip provides betting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. Technical issues, server downtime, and network connectivity problems may occur.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount of funds held in your Account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

6sip reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Use of prohibited betting strategies or software
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other users
• Extended periods of account inactivity (12+ months with zero balance)

Upon termination for cause, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause or at your request, remaining balance will be returned after deduction of any outstanding fees or obligations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.

9. Responsible Gaming

6sip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your betting activity:

• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds per period
